Please Note: You are under no obligation to purchase insurance products through Soohyun Kim or any affiliated partners to receive or continue receiving consulting services.

3. Compensation & Conflict of Interest Disclosure

• Consulting Fees: Fees paid for consulting services or other coaching sessions are for professional educational services provided by Simuloud LLC.

• Insurance Commissions: If you choose to implement a strategy by purchasing an insurance product (e.g., life insurance, annuities) through Soohyun Kim in his capacity as a licensed producer, he may receive a commission from the insurance carrier. This potential commission does not influence our commitment to providing unbiased, clinical-grade educational content.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship (Disclaimers)

• Not Medical Advice: While Soohyun Kim is a Registered Nurse, the information provided is NOT medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nursing care. Always seek the advice of your physician for health concerns.
