Vital Wealth Design, a brand operated by Simuloud LLC (a Texas limited liability company), provides educational consulting and coaching services focused on the integration of physical health and financial wealth. All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Professional Disclosure & Dual Capacity

The owner, Soohyun Kim operates in a dual capacity:

I. Consultant/Coach: Providing educational strategies through Simuloud LLC (DBA Vital Wealth Design).

II. Licensed Insurance Producer: Registered and licensed in the State of Washington.

Please Note: You are under no obligation to purchase insurance products through Soohyun Kim or any affiliated partners to receive or continue receiving consulting services.

3. Compensation & Conflict of Interest Disclosure

I. Consulting Fees: Fees paid for consulting services or other coaching sessions are for professional educational services provided by Simuloud LLC.

II. Insurance Commissions: If you choose to implement a strategy by purchasing an insurance product (e.g., life insurance, annuities) through Soohyun Kim in his capacity as a licensed producer, he may receive a commission from the insurance carrier. This potential commission does not influence our commitment to providing unbiased, clinical-grade educational content.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship (Disclaimers)

I. Not Medical Advice: While Soohyun Kim is a Registered Nurse, the information provided is NOT medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nursing care. Always seek the advice of your physician for health concerns.

II. Not Fiduciary or Tax Advice: We do not provide licensed tax, legal, or investment advisory services. Our "Financial Vital Signs" assessment is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional fiduciary or CPA advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of Simuloud LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simuloud LLC and Soohyun Kim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our information or services.
